Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy is a role-playing video game developed by Japanese developer Gust Co. Ltd. for the PlayStation 2. A "Portable+" version for PlayStation Portable was released on 1 October 2009 (Japan only). The game is a spiritual successor to Gust's Atelier Iris series, (recognized as Project A10), and the sequel to Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis.
The game begins 15 years after the events of Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis, the school has been having a decline of student admissions, due to less people wanting to become Alchemists. To remedy this, the school begins a new course for Adventurers, taught by Flay Gunnar. The students quickly realize that the Adventurer and Alchemist courses are intertwined and force the students to work together to pass their tests throughout their school year. You can play as either Razeluxe (Raze) Meitzen, a servant who wishes to be an Adventurer and follow in his grandfather's footsteps or Ulrika Mulberry, a cheerful country girl who wishes to become an Alchemist, to solve the mystery behind her Mana Egg.
